계정 삭제 안내 / Account Deletion Guide. Delete directly in the K-TutorCall app, or request it by email if you can no longer sign in.

In the app (앱 내 계정 삭제)
- Open the app and go to Settings.
앱을 열고 설정 메뉴로 이동합니다. - Select Account.
계정 항목을 선택합니다. - Tap Delete Account.
계정 삭제를 탭합니다. - Confirm and proceed with deletion.
안내를 확인하고 삭제를 진행합니다.

By email (이메일로 삭제 요청)
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email.
앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우, 이메일로 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
Please include / 이메일에 다음 정보를 포함해 주세요:
· Subject: "Account Deletion Request" 또는 "계정 삭제 요청"
· Email or device info used for registration / 가입 시 사용한 이메일 또는 기기 정보
What happens to your data (데이터 처리 안내)
Your data is retained for 30 days after the request; you can recover your account during this period. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted: profile information, tutoring history, learning progress and coin balance.
삭제 요청 후 30일간 데이터가 보관되며 이 기간 내에 계정을 복구할 수 있습니다. 30일 경과 후 프로필 정보, 튜터링 기록, 학습 진도, 코인 잔액이 영구 삭제됩니다.
