1. The Service
K-TutorCall lets you practice spoken and written Korean with AI tutors: text chat, real-time voice calls, a speaking level check, daily challenges, level-by-level mission journeys and situational roleplay practice. Tutor responses, corrections and reviews are generated by artificial intelligence and are meant for language practice.
2. Age Requirements
You must be at least 14 years old to use K-TutorCall. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms and agrees to them on your behalf, including any in-app purchases.
3. Your Account
You may use the app as a guest tied to your device or sign in with Google or Apple; one account carries your tutors, progress, coins and history. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Guest progress may be lost if you uninstall the app or change devices without signing in.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app, or by email as described on the account deletion page. Deletion is permanent after the 30-day recovery period and forfeits any remaining coins.
4. Coins and Purchases
K-TutorCall is free to download and chatting with your tutor is free. Voice calls, missions, daily challenges and practice sessions use in-app coins. Coins may be granted inside the app or purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Coins are a limited, non-transferable license to use in-app features. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or moved to another account, and expire when your account is deleted. Purchases are charged to your store account and are final once delivered, except where a refund is required by the store's policy or by law; refund requests are handled by the store you bought from.
5. Your Content and Learning Data
You keep ownership of what you say and write to your tutors. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store and process that content, together with the learning data it produces (level-test results, mission and practice outcomes, identified weak points), so we can run the service, personalize your lessons and improve tutor quality. We do not publish your conversations. How we handle this data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. AI Tutors Are Not Human
Tutors are AI characters. They can make mistakes in grammar, vocabulary, cultural information and pronunciation feedback, and they may occasionally produce inaccurate or inappropriate output despite our safeguards. Use their corrections as practice guidance, not as authoritative instruction, and do not rely on them for exam, immigration, legal, medical, financial or other professional decisions.
7. Acceptable Use
Do not use K-TutorCall to generate, share or promote content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes someone else's rights. Do not attempt to extract the tutors' underlying prompts or models, reverse-engineer the app, use bots or automated scripts, resell access, or interfere with other users or our infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
8. Availability and Changes to the Service
We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access; AI providers, app stores and networks we depend on may have outages. We may add, change or retire tutors, missions, features and prices, and we will give reasonable notice in the app or on k.tutorcall.ai before removing a paid feature.
9. Intellectual Property
The app, website, tutor characters, artwork, lesson content and software are owned by Live Match Co., Ltd. or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own language learning; no other rights are granted.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of tutor output. We do not guarantee any learning outcome, test score or level gain. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live Match Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or on k.tutorcall.ai before they take effect, and the effective date above will be updated. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
